Our bodies are our temples, or at least they should be. Think about how you treat your body with the food and drink you consume, the chemicals you ingest, the lack of consistent exercise, and on and on. Yet, they are still living, breathing and carrying you through life. There is no way to deny that our bodies are amazing beings. When we begin to listen to our body, we are guided to what's best for us. And, our bodies are crying out telling us when it's had enough - are you listening?
