How to use Frankincense:
Frankincense oil can be used as a scent-sational room spray or even a healing aura spray. Use 30 drops of the essential oil in every ounce of distilled water. The oil will float on top, so you will want to shake the bottle before you spray it. To add more healing vibration, say a prayer, set and intention or chant as you create your essence.
For a quick frankincense bath, it’s best to add the essential oil to something so it dissolves a bit in the bath water. I recommend you add it to a small amount of honey and then disperse it into the bath. The honey adds extra skin conditioning emollients. Epsom and sea salts work well, too. Add several drops to your favorite salt and soak your stress away!
